You Need These Exercises to Lose 20 Pounds 

I usually prescribe resistance training with traditional weight training to my weight loss clients to lose weight and fat.  

Resistance training is the best value since it builds muscle, enhances metabolism, and improves athletic and daily performance. 

This makes resistance training a better weight loss technique than cardio, yet cardio has its benefits. 


If you're short on time, focus on the most effective activities.  

The only eight exercises you need to lose 20 pounds are these.  

Perform each exercise 12–15 times, rest 60 seconds, and repeat three times.  

Try to do this routine twice a week throughout two workouts.
